Our chocolate comes from sustainable sources - sustainability is key as by improving the livelihoods of the farmers and supporting them in turning cocoa cultivation into a sustainable source of income, it will secure the future of cocoa farming.

I use  a selection of 33.6% milk, 28% white, 54.5% dark and 70.5% dark chocolate across my range of products!
