WHAT A WEEKEND IN DINGLE...

For the second year running I entered my boxed chocolates in The Irish Food Awards. There was no award for us last year, but I was still very proud to have made it to the finalist stage and being ranked in the top five in the country, and especially as it was the first time entering a product. I have worked very hard on the chocolates the last year and have refined and improved them. They reached the finalist stage again this year....and won The Silver Award. I am so happy and proud that my hard work has been recognized and that the quality of my chocolates are worthy of a Silver Medal. This is no mean feat and the competition is a tough one. Thank you to everyone for their kind words since winning this....It really does mean a lot....

Now back into the kitchen....work to be done
